It is not the fitting to the dignity of a Muslim to be reposting such garbage. People who are transgender are still human beings that deserve our respect. They are being attacked and are victims of continual violence. As a member of the community that is also under attack continually and held under suspicion, you should be more sympathetic. The word wokism is evoked by right wingers who will also attack Muslims when they get the opportunity. Ironically, they do not even know how to define wokism. Do not make alliance with such people as they will stab you in the back.

LGBQTetc activists function from a working presumption that we don't have a Charter of Rights, or that it is completely ineffective. So why can't politicians and administrators just inform all these activists that we do in fact have a Charter of Rights and it is effective? Virtually NONE of all these "woke" seminars and training sessions need to occur--what is needed is sessions on understanding and applying the Charter.

I am happy to see governments take steps to protect our LBGTQ+ students. Teachers need to have an understanding of how students view themselves and of how they can make their classrooms safe and supportive learning environments for all students.
